Children’s mental health has been declared a national health emergency, and a recent PEW survey shows that it tops the list of things parents worry about. Craig walks us through the signs parents should look for that a child might be experiencing anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges, and highlights resources parents can use to support their children’s wellbeing. He provides best practices for what parents and caregivers can do to empower kids and teens to be more resilient.
